Hello all,

Just thought I`d drop a line to say hello.

I`ve been interested in astronomy for as long as I can remember. Being able to stay up late to watch The Sky at Night when I was a boy are probably some of my earliest memories.

I`ve only been a practical amateur astronomer for the last 5 years or so. Started visual with a SW200p on a eq5 but soon caught the AP bug.

Got a bit more kit around me now but still very much learning!!

Hope to speak to some of you soon and looking forward to contributing to the forum.

Welcome to the forum Andy,

You never stop learning with this hobby as its just so big and of course there is a lot of interesting objects out there to see. Whether you are interested in the planets, star, DSO's pulsars etc.

Looks like you have made a good start with your kit, AP can get really expensive if your not careful, just look at my kit if you don't believe me.
