I have an Equinox ED80 plus a starlight express osc on my HEQ5 mount on a permanent pier, I have good polar alignment but cant seem to get over 2 min subs so my next thing is a guide scope and guide camera. I also have a side by side saddle, the one side fits my ED80 but the other side only fits a finderscope shoe type fitting so I am limited to what I can buy to fit there. I have wittled it down to two, the orion mini 50 and starshoot camera (package) or the QHY miniguide scope and a QHY mono camera. I should also add the side by side bracket is the small on ( I think its about 18cm centre to centre). So any advice pros and cons with each one would be welcome. I know there were issues with the orion and wins 10 but I am on windows 7 so that shouldnt be an issue.

Cheers guys clear skies

Paul
