Hi Everyone,

I will be attending the Kelling Heath Star Party in April.

starparty.JPG

The Spring Star Party at Kelling Heath is now being organised by the Norwich Astronomical Society. The star party was initially purely an observing event aimed more at the experienced observer. However it is gaining popularity with over 180 pitches booked at the 2012 event and a number of trade stands present.
Whether you are a veteran of the star party and looking forward to meeting up with old friends or a total newcomer, you will find this event a welcoming and fun way to enjoy the dark skies that North Norfolk has to offer.

See you there if your going?

Clear Skies

It's also later than SGL Mick.....well just a bit....you know I hate the cold.

And I bet you still take the same amount of red wine to SGL and you won't have any left at the end.

How big is your garden Mick???

Glad you posted this up Neil.  I am booked for the Isle of Wight Star Party and assumed I couldn't go to both, but now realise they are a month apart.  Might see what pitches are left, or see if any-one is selling one.  Though I have found it to be very windy the last two years in April so might go at the last minute if I can find a pitch.

Am booked for the Autumn Star party which I go to every year and usually have a ball.

Been checking the forecasts for the weekend . . .

Think I'll stay here and watch the rain from the comfort of home and leave you all to it . . .
